Display monthly Attendance in datagridview from Database.

 I have to display the employee attendance from database in datagridview using windows form application C#.

Here in my form i m using a dropdownbox by searching a particular month.I have given the months in collection.

Now i have to display the attendance records in datagrid from DB of a particular month(i.e only for month of january and so on...)

Here I m not using any connection string because the whole project is depend upon the 3tier Application.
