Regarding Combobox value to be saved in sql sever database in c# windows forms ?

Recently i facing  problem in which saving ID No. (Integer value) inx Table,

where ID No. and Name are already in y Table, i just want to apply a condition while a user can select Name from combo-box and saveID No. for their respective Name.in X Table.

i tried many condition, it's never worked. Hope this post will be useful, and highly appreciate for any suggestions.
