Header and Detail GridView

Hi Everyone,

I have two GridView, GridView1(Parent) and GridView2(Child) on a Windows form and populate one or more rows in GridView1.  I've allowed the users to type in a value in one of the Cells of GridView1.  I then did some math computation on the user value from GridView1 and populate the result on GridView2(Child).

My problem is, since there are multiple rows on gridview1 and the users will of course update each rows on GridView1,  I need GridView2 to remember the result for each of the parent GridView rows and then allow me to save the Parent as well as the Child GridView rows to two SQL Table.

I'm not even sure  if this is the right approach or this is even possible.

Any help or advice would be greatly appreciated.

Thank you.
