cant see the arrows when i sorting the dataGridView in some fields

i have C# WinForm program (FW3.5) and i have database that bind to DataGridView

i cant see the arrows when i sorting the dataGridView in some fields

i try to Increase the columns - still can't see the arrows when i sort (when i press the column header)
