Tableadapters and Forms

Hello,

I thought when you create a Tableadapter by opening the Dataset designer, dragging Tableadapter from the toolbox to the designer and go through the wizard, it would put a Tableadapter and a binding source on the form.

When I create a Tableadapter in this way, I do not get any Tableadapter or binding source on my form. I cannot access the Tableadapter from my form. This is driving me nuts because I am certain this is what I have done in the past. Am I doing something wrong? I am using VS 2012.
