I have connection string to access another system database.. if i give it directly in my application its woking..but i put it in webservice and host it in iss..then i used that service to connect database ..it shows error like this...

Verify that the instance name is correct and that SQL Server is configured to allow remote connections. (provider: Named Pipes Provider, error: 40 - Could not open a connection to SQL Server)
