Create Timeline

Dear All,

I need a little bit help, is possible to make timeline on datagridview header ?

Where it will be written date below of date will be hours and minutes. But for minutes only example 7:00 and 7:30.

So one cell will have value date and time example: 13.11.2013 7:00 or 13.11.2013 15:30.

I hope it is more or less clear.
