virtual key commands problem

I installed the MCE CONTROLLER software on certain computer  that have windows 10, and I control it through another computer by using the virtual key codes of the virtual keyboard (attached link: Https://msdn.microsoft.com/en-us/library/dd375731.aspx).

I have two problems with these commands:

1. the mouse commands do not work for me

2. How can I do command CTRL + O , meaning CTRL key is holed when i press the letter o letter on the keyboard?
