We are using the SSRS windows cloud server, and installed SSRS DB's servers installed in it for SSRS reporting purpose. Once we configured/ entering all the Database credentials/ details in cloud DB, i have created the backup of encrypted format, and i have stored the backup file, which is having extension of .snk format, i have saved them at one location in remote cloud server itself.
After few days, we are getting the Reports failure, because of encryption keys missing from the cloud server. This is entire thing what we found of failure for the SSRS reports failure in behind.
So, when i gone through the investigation of failure of SSRS reports, i found the details of encrypted keys are missing from the cloud server. Since the keys are missing from cloud servers, we are unable to findout the reason why is it happening very often.
Kindly help here to find out the reason of missing history of Encrypted keys from cloud servers, instead restore/ adding the all DB servers details every time, we just looking for permanent fix for it. Kindly give us solution for this.
