How to search the datagridview based on values selected in combo box, just like a search based on combo box values.

I have form partition into master and detail panels. Master panel has 4 combo box and they are getting the values from the same data source as datagridview. I have two questions on this:

1. If i select one combobox value, it should regenerate the values in other combo boxes based on selection in first combo box and similarly for 2nd and 3rd selection. How can we achieve that?

2. On each selection, the datagridview should repopulate itself based on filters.

Note: There is only one table associated with this and i am using dataset to fetch all the values from the table on page load and displaying it onto datagridview. So, everything i am expecting is after this.
